The Church has a number of historical records which are available for inspection:
The Parish registers (Baptisms, Marriages and Deaths) going back, in some cases, as far as 1585, and continuously from the 18th century.
A location record of graves and monuments in the churchyard, mapped to a churchyard plan.
Bound copies of the parish magazine/newsletter – since 1929.
If you would like to consult these, please make direct contact with the verger; Christine Ward-Campbell: 01423 870492; email@example.com to arrange a convenient time to visit the Church and inspect these records. We would normally expect a small donation for this assistance, and if you have requests which involve a significant amount of research on the part of the Church, then a formal fee may be requested.
Copies of the minutes of the Parochial Church Council (PCC) can be inspected in the Church office.
Please contact the office if you wish to do this: 01423 873577 (between 9.30 and 12.30 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays); or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
