purposes of the committee are to oversee and manage the physical condition of the Church and its assets which includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>liaison with the Diocesan surveyor regarding the quinquennial inspection of the church<\/li>\n<li>proposing to the PCC, and then implementing, a programme of work in response to the quinquennial report<a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.strobertschurch.co.uk\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/fabric2.png?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-attachment-id=\"5214\"
