FESTIVAL WEEKEND OF FLOWERS, MUSIC, ARTS & CRAFTS
15th – 17th May 2026
ALL OF THE FESTIVAL IS UNDER COVER
Some amazing floral talents have been organised for the festival – lots of planning, hours of work, will certainly be worth taking a trip to Church to see the beautiful displays – all on the theme of ‘a colourful church’….based on the church’s different liturgical colours through the year.
Many local talents will be displaying/selling their work on Saturday. Quilting, patchwork, jewellery, ceramics and photography will be among the arts and crafts on display. Also some very yummy home produce will be on sale.
There will be a special Saturday Evening Concert, with a Festival Choir – and to finish the festival there is also a Songs of Praise service on Sunday at 6pm incorporating favourite hymns that have been requested.
The Refreshment Marquee will provide a Summer Festival feel.

TICKETS AVAILABLE NOW EITHER FROM THE OFFICE, ONLINE OR ON THE DOOR
Fri 15th 7pm onwards: Flower Festival Preview evening (£8 including drinks and canapés) Book tickets online
Sat 16th 10am – 4.00pm: Festival of Flowers, Arts & Crafts (£2 entry by programme – children free) Drinks, a selection of freshly made Sandwiches/Ploughmans Lunches/Cakes available. Live background music
Judging of the young people’s Wellington Boot gardens will take place on Saturday at 11am.
Sat 16th 7pm Festival Concert (Tickets: £12 (children free) – including wine and soft drinks) Book tickets online
Sun 17th 12.30am – 5.00pm: Festival of Flowers (£2 entry by programme – children free) Drinks and a selection of home made cakes available
Sun 17th 6pm ‘Songs of Praise’ Service
RAFFLE TICKETS
If you have taken some raffle tickets to sell, please try and return ticket stubs, money and unsold tickets to church by Sunday 17th May at the latest.
Raffle tickets will be on sale throughout the festival weekend – there are some great prizes!…..and they can be bought now from the Office, after services at Church and online Buy raffle tickets here ………….and will be available on-site throughout the Festival.
HELP DURING THE WEEKEND
We still need more volunteers to help during the weekend e.g. front of house, stewarding, helping with refreshments. Please contact the office or sign up at the back of church.
DONATIONS/SPONSORSHIP
If anyone would like to donate towards festival flowers please put in an envelope and either hand to a Churchwarden or put in the communications box at the rear of Church.
Alternatively, sponsorship for a whole display would cost between £25 – £50. Sponsor details can be inserted into the Festival Programme.
